AABD has joined several international networks:


CDE – Centre for the Development of Enterprise

AABD signed a Framework Cooperation Agreement with CDE. This organisation is, together with its partners, engaged in development projects in Africa, in the Caribbean and in Pacific countries. The project development is financed through the European Development Fund (EDF) of the European Union. AABD is the only Austrian partner of CDE in its European network.

EBCAM embraces all important E.U. Associations of the private sector specialised on developing business relationships with African countries. AABD is the only Austrian member of EBCAM.

German-African Business Association

AABD has also become a member of the German-African Business Association. The ‘Afrikaverein’ is the German business association for local companies and institutions with business interests in African countries. For almost 100 years, this association has been assisting its members in providing up-to-date information on business matters, by creating business links and by representing the interests of its members in Germany, Europe and Africa.
